Located on the coast of Forte dei Marmi, the Yachting Club Versilia sailing center is immersed in a splendid natural setting and is positioned on a beach facing south west, where moderate winds often blow and are particularly suitable for those who want to get closer to the world of sailing, and where even the most experienced find the right days to express their skills as sailors.
Inside the structure there is the secretariat, a restaurant, a gazebo where theory lessons are held and the new sailboat for storing equipment, all surrounded by the natural oasis "Le dunes" of Forte dei Marmi. The "Le dune" oasis is an area safeguarded and protected by the WWF and which contains a small botanical garden planted in the 1970s by the University of Bologna to study the effects of pollution on coastal vegetation.
The large space offered by the Versilia Yachting Club is suitable for hosting any sailing dinghy or multihull boat.
Furthermore, the Yachting Club Versilia sailing center offers its instructors both for sailing school courses and advanced courses and for individual lessons.
