The Spring Walking Festival 2021 gives an appointment to lovers of nature trekking in the beauty of the Tuscan Archipelago Park from 20 March to 30 May.
An invitation to immerse yourself in small villages rich in traditions, in the colors of spring blooms, with themed walks, tastings, in calm, away from confusion and in full health safety. The program covers the islands of Pianosa Elba, Pianosa, Giglio and Capraia.
Among the novelties of this year the geo-experiences, events dedicated to geology, and biowatching, walks to deepen the knowledge of the sites protected by the Natura 2000 project: trekking during which participants will have the privilege of being accompanied by expert geologists and naturalists to combine the pleasure of walking with that of getting to know the geological and naturalistic heritage protected by the Park better and better.
Then there will be the km0 Trekking, during which the walks will lead us to the places of production, to taste honey, wine, cheeses and typical dishes of the local cuisine.
